Job summary

Ethos is seeking a VP of Finance with 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance to build rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos, communicating clearly with finance leadership.

This is a fully remote, flexible role offering $100/hour for 5–20 hours per week, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building forecasts and models.
