Ethos is seeking experienced personal finance advisors to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires 4+ years advising individual clients on budgeting, saving, and financial planning to support AI-generated outputs across household cash-flow plans, goals-based planning, and retirement drawdown modeling.

Compensation is $70/hour with flexible, 5-20 hours per week. Location is fully remote with ASAP start date.

Qualifications

• 4+ years advising individual clients on household cash-flow planning, debt payoff scheduling, and retirement drawdown modeling.
• Skilled at turning a client's scattered accounts and goals into a clear, goals-based financial plan they can actually follow.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated financial documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (cash-flow plans, retirement drawdown, debt payoff).
• Train and guide models on professional finance tasks using real client scenarios.
• Communicate findings clearly and produce high-quality client-ready materials.
