Jobgether is seeking a Payment Support Specialist based in the United Arab Emirates to deliver high-quality customer support within a fast-growing fintech environment. Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or above and Russian language skills.
• Experience in fintech or payment services is preferred.
• Understanding of payment flows, gateways, troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent customer service with empathy and clarity.
• Attention to detail in financial transactions.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via email, live chat, and tickets.
• Resolve payment-related inquiries and troubleshoot transactions.
• Explain payment flows and options to users and partners.
• Investigate issues with technical teams to resolve.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, product managers.
• Document user feedback and contribute to product improvements.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and incidents.
• Create and update FAQs and knowledge bases.
• Identify workflow improvements to boost efficiency.
• Adhere to the 3/3 rotation schedule (two day shifts, one night shift).
