Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a finance professional to support recording and processing daily transactions, AR/AP activities, and invoicing in a remote UAE-based role. You will maintain records, assist with reconciliations, and contribute to monthly and yearly close, budgeting, and reporting.

Strong English communication is required to coordinate with clients and vendors. Ideally you have a finance or accounting degree and hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
• Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Experience processing financial transactions and invoices.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial management systems.
• Basic understanding of reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• English proficiency for communication with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recording and processing daily financial transactions
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Process invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, financial reports, and account summaries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
