Job summary

Unipesa, a Dubai-based development company, seeks a Finance Analyst to join the financial operations team. You will reconcile operations and tariffs, analyze settlements, and validate data with internal and external partners.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in reconciliations or financial reporting, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and strong English. The role offers flexible schedule with remote work support and exposure to fintech/payments in MEA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in reconciliations or financial reporting.
• Background in banking, fintech or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and communicate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular reconciliations of operations and tariffs.
• Coordinate with internal teams on calculations and verified operations.
• Communicate settlements and reporting with external partners.
• Identify discrepancies and investigate root causes.
• Prepare regular financial operation reports and ensure data accuracy.
