Job summary

Sardine Inc. is seeking an experienced technical program manager to lead complex enterprise integrations. You will own the project plan, manage timelines and dependencies, and coordinate with Engineering, Product, and the client team to ensure on-time delivery.

You will act as the trusted client contact, surface risks early, understand requirements, and track feature requests end-to-end while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program or project management for enterprise clients.
• Experience with formal PMO expectations and governance structures.
• Fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration project plan for enterprise engagements and timelines.
• Be the trusted client contact; surface risks early and gather requirements.
• Track feature requests from intake to resolution with visibility.
• Establish RACI and upfront roles on every engagement.
• Coordinate regular communications across Engineering, Product, and Integrations.
• Ensure artifacts are current and owned by the right people.
• Develop product fluency to advocate for customer-driven improvements.
