Job summary

Sardine is a remote-first company seeking a Senior Project Manager to own enterprise integration programs. You will manage multi-stakeholder timelines, dependencies, and feature requests, coordinating between Engineering, Product, and the client.

You’ll establish governance (RACI) and cadence to keep programs on track while delivering value. You will engage as a thought partner on technical dependencies, communicate risks early, and ensure clear ownership and transparent status across teams and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program or project management, esp. enterprise implementations.
• Experience with governance, RACI, milestone-based reporting.
• Background in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Ability to translate status into executive-level language.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration project plan for enterprise engagements, including milestones and dependencies.
• Serve as the client’s trusted single point of contact during integration.
• Track client-specific product feature requests from intake to resolution.
• Establish RACI and upfront roles/responsibilities for each engagement.
• Coordinate regular, structured cross-functional communications among Engineering, Product, Integrations, and client.
• Ensure deliverables and artifacts are current and owned by the right person.
• Develop fluency in Sardine product to discuss feature requests strategically.
