Job summary

Sardine is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead integration programs for enterprise clients from a remote-first setup. You will own project plans, manage dependencies, and coordinate with Engineering, Product, and the client to deliver on-time, high-quality results.

You will act as a trusted partner to clients, articulating risks, requirements, and tradeoffs while maintaining clear governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program or project management experience for enterprise clients.
• Experience with governance structures (RACI) and milestone-based reporting.
• Fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance in a B2B SaaS context.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration project plan for enterprise engagements, including milestones, dependencies and timelines.
• Serve as the client’s trusted point of contact, communicating risks and requirements.
• Track client-specific product feature requests from intake to resolution with Engineering/Product teams.
• Establish RACI and upfront roles/responsibilities on engagements to ensure accountability.
• Lead regular, structured cross-functional communication across Engineering, Product, Integrations and the client.
• Ensure deliverables are organized, current, and owned by the right person.
• Develop product fluency to advise on feature requests, not just status updates.
• Report on project health, slippage, root causes, and cross-engagement capacity planning.
