Job summary

Jobgether is representing a partner company seeking an ELD Specialist based in the United Arab Emirates. This fully remote role supports safe, compliant transportation operations and serves drivers, dispatchers, and fleet teams with ELD and HOS expertise.

The position emphasizes troubleshooting, regulatory knowledge, and ongoing improvement of ELD processes, with international collaboration and a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

At least 1 year hands-on experience with ELD systems in trucking/logistics.
Strong knowledge of FMCSA ELD regulations and Hours of Service rules.
Demonstrated troubleshooting ability to diagnose ELD issues and guide users through solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for ELD hardware, software, connectivity, and related issues.
Assist drivers, dispatchers, and fleet managers with ELD questions and prompt resolutions.
Monitor ELD data for compliance and prepare reports for safety audits.
Train drivers and teams on ELD usage and regulatory requirements.
Escalate recurring issues with vendors and internal tech teams.
