Job summary

Moove is seeking a Remote Vehicle Operator to monitor live operations and respond to remote assistance requests for the Dubai fleet. The role supports autonomous vehicles, escalates issues, and contributes to the knowledge base. You will work rotating shifts to provide 24/7 coverage.

A high school diploma or higher is required, with strong English communication and a UAE driving licence (3+ years). Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and standard digital tools including email and internal platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; Arabic a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence with minimum 3 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live vehicle operations and respond to remote assistance requests in real time.
• Use the remote assistance platform to support vehicles according to operational protocols.
• Escalate issues to the relevant team lead and track resolution to closure.
• Identify patterns in vehicle behaviour or system performance requiring attention.
