UN/COMMON is a digital experience and marketing agency expanding into the Middle East and APAC. As a freelance UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with project managers, developers, and strategists to craft high-converting ecommerce journeys for leading brands. This role starts remote with a plan to relocate to Dubai before year-end.

Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design for ecommerce and digital experiences.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Work with Head of Delivery, developers, and strategists to deliver world-class digital experiences
- Conduct UX design audits to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop personas and customer journeys to inform digital strategy
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UX/UI concepts for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms
- Support design and execution of email templates, digital assets, and campaigns
- Craft documentation and deliver design systems to developers
- Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients
- Lead design sprints and ensure measurable outcomes
- Apply UX/UI best practices to align business goals with user needs
- Proactively contribute to UN/COMMON's creative process
