Job summary

Netrivox is hiring a Training Specialist for a 100% remote, part-time role based in the UAE. You will design instructional materials, develop digital modules, and facilitate live virtual workshops, supporting onboarding and ongoing employee development.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and strong knowledge of adult learning principles, plus experience with LMS platforms and evaluating training outcomes. Flexible scheduling and global collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
Solid grasp of corporate training methodologies and adult learning concepts.
Proven ability to produce training materials, guides, and digital resources.
Excellent facilitation, public speaking, and virtual presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with LMS tracking experience.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Designs and develops instructional materials, training presentations, and digital modules.
Facilitates live virtual workshops and onboarding programs.
Collaborates with SMEs to build specialized content for the UAE audience.
Manages LMS tools and evaluates training effectiveness using feedback data.
