Job summary

Maylaa International is hiring an E-commerce SEO & AI Search Specialist to lead organic growth across traditional and AI-powered search platforms. Dubai/UAE market experience is preferred, with remote options available.

The role covers technical, on-page, and content SEO, plus GEO and AEO strategies, for multi-brand beauty and lifestyle e‑commerce platforms. Strong analytics and cross‑functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of hands‑on experience in SEO with a strong focus on e‑commerce.
• Proven experience managing Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, semantic search, and AI‑driven search technologies.
• UAE/GCC market experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Improve organic rankings, website traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
• Build long-term SEO roadmaps to support business growth.
• Optimize Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
• Improve product pages, category pages, collections, and blog content.
• Optimize website architecture, navigation, and internal linking.
• Enhance product discoverability across search engines.
• Manage large product catalogs while minimizing duplicate content issues.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and improve crawlability/indexability.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed, implement structured data.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues.
• Create SEO-friendly content strategies and optimize meta data.
• Develop content for GEO, AEO, and AI search experiences.
• Monitor AI search trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop content for answer engines and voice search.
• Build ethical link-building strategies and monitor backlinks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports and analyze metrics.
