Job summary

The Great Eagle Restaurants in Dubai, UAE is seeking a result-driven SEO, AI Search & Web Development Specialist to drive organic growth and enhance AI-search visibility. This on-site role spans SEO strategy, AI-driven content optimisation, and hands-on website development.

You will manage WordPress-based sites, WooCommerce/Shopify stores, and analytics to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions across client projects. Fluent English required; Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, technical SEO, or related digital roles.
• Strong experience with WordPress and website management.
• Experience with WooCommerce and Shopify.
• Proven track record improving organic traffic, rankings, leads, or online sales.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, local SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content SEO.
• Practical knowledge of AI Search, LLM SEO, GEO, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
• Experience with schema markup, structured data, redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
• Ability to create and optimise landing pages.
• Understanding hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, backups, and website security.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client websites and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Arabic and UAE experience preferred.
• Portfolio, live website examples, and SEO case studies required.
• UAE/E GCC market familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement complete SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, leads, and sales.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent mapping, and content-gap analysis.
• Manage on-page SEO, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, image optimisation, and content structure.
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawling, indexing, duplication, broken links, redirects, canonical tags, and sitemap issues.
• Improve website speed, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience.
• Build ethical backlink and digital-authority strategies.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO performance.
• Develop Generative Engine Optimisation and LLM SEO strategies.
• Strengthen E-E-A-T signals, brand authority, and online credibility.
• Track emerging developments in AI search and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with advanced developers when complex development is required.
• Set up and manage analytics & reporting for clients and internal teams.
