Job summary

Finanshels Accounting Technologies LLC in Dubai is hiring an AI-native SEO/GEO/AEO growth marketer to own how the brand is found—beyond classic search, spanning AI answer engines and generative search results. You will build topical authority around UAE tax, VAT, corporate finance for UAE founders, and aim to be cited by AI surfaces and major LLMs.

You will align organic growth with content, technical SEO, and programmatic strategies, working with product and RevOps to ensure a unified keyword

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in SEO with growth in competitive markets.
• Strong technical SEO skills: crawling, indexation, schema, site architecture, Core Web Vitals.
• Working knowledge of GEO and AEO and how sources surface in LLMs.
• Excellent content judgment for accuracy and authority.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for research, drafting and analysis.
• Comfort with GA4, Search Console, rank trackers and visibility tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic growth strategy across SEO, GEO and AEO.
• Lead technical SEO: site health, crawlability, and structured data.
• Build topical authority with content clusters and entity optimisation.
• Optimise for AI answer engines and cite-worthy content.
• Scale content workflows with AI while maintaining E-E-A-T for finance domain.
• Track rankings, traffic, AI citation share and pipeline contribution.
