Job summary

Motive Mentors in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Director to lead our IT training and certification programs. This full-time, remote leadership role directs strategy, operations, and growth, defining the organization’s vision for training and certifications, program roadmaps, and market alignment.

The Director will manage senior staff, mentor teams, and collaborate with technical experts to maintain high-quality curriculum, live classes, and corporate training offerings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in education, training, or IT services, with ability to set strategic direction and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong IT background; familiarity with SAP or enterprise systems training is highly beneficial.
• Experience in curriculum development, program design, and quality assurance for professional or corporate learning.
• Proficiency in remote and digital learning best practices and online platform tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with corporate clients and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze data to drive continuous improvement in training outcomes and learner satisfaction.
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and decision-making with ethical, inclusive, learner-centered focus.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
