Qualifications

• Master's degree in telecom, education or business; PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in telecom, focused on training, education or development.
• Proven track record leading training initiatives and departments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strong budgeting, resource management and business development experience.
• Knowledge of UAE telecom regulations and KHDA.
• Experience with learning management systems and digital tools.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP or Six Sigma desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic development and planning for the training institute.
• Lead training program development and delivery across the organization.
• Manage the Training Center operations and quality standards.
• Ensure QA and evaluation of training outcomes and impact.
