Job summary

Magic is seeking a Construction Finance Operations professional to own invoicing, billing, and AP/AR workflows remotely. You will migrate financial tracking from Excel to BuilderTrend, standardize cost codes, and provide weekly reconciliation and reporting.

The role requires strong QuickBooks proficiency, BuilderTrend or similar PM tools, and excellent communication with field crews. This is a full-time remote position with ES/ET alignment and international scope.

Qualifications

• Construction bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency.
• Experience using BuilderTrend or similar PM tool for project financials.
• Strong Excel skills for data cleanup and migration.
• Ability to reconcile invoices, spend, and budgets with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own invoicing, billing, and AP/AR workflows in QuickBooks.
• Migrate financial tracking from Excel to BuilderTrend with clean data.
• Reconcile BuilderTrend, QuickBooks, and source docs weekly and report AP/AR status.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and field teams to ensure timely invoicing and documentation.
• Maintain auditable processes and cost codes for reporting.
