Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Lead to own strategy, milestones, and outcomes across global templates. You will configure systems, oversee testing, and ensure data integrity during migrations for construction finance environments.

Travel will be required during critical phases. A CPA/CMA or Big Four background is preferred, with hands-on experience in order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and WIP accounting within ERP ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ERP implementation, accounting transformation, or construction finance.
• Proven track record of leading full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Direct experience with order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and construction WIP accounting.
• Strong understanding of job costing and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
• Ability to reconcile migrated data to trial balances and general ledgers.
• Ability to travel during critical implementation periods.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP implementation strategy and execution, including milestones, budget, and business outcomes
• Configure ERP systems according to global frameworks and design standards
• Lead functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Validate migrated data and reconcile to legacy systems and general ledgers
• Monitor post-go-live financial and operational metrics to ensure business continuity
• Deliver role-based training and create process documentation for end users
• Manage implementation governance and lead steering committee reviews
