You will collaborate with engineering and support teams to reproduce issues, create test cases, and suggest process improvements in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment. Remote, global collaboration, and ownership are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support with billing responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to explain technical and billing concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with asynchronous, globally distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience reproducing issues and contributing to test coverage is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely initial responses to billing-related inquiries across international markets.
• Investigate and troubleshoot payment issues, failed payments, and invoice discrepancies.
• Guide customers to relevant documentation and technical resources.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or business teams as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal tools and workflows for billing support.
• Share insights on recurring issues to inform product improvements.
• Reproduce technical issues and create test cases to aid troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Billing Engineering to ensure clear communication and resolution.
