Job summary

Nextgen For Recruitment & Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Billing Accuracy Assurance Specialist to oversee billing quality and validation. This fully remote UAE role collaborates with Finance, Billing Operations, and Commercial teams to reduce billing errors and prevent revenue leakage.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in billing assurance, invoicing accuracy, and financial reconciliations, with strong Excel, SQL, and BI tool skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant finance discipline; professional qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong invoicing and revenue assurance experience in a billing environment.
• Solid understanding of billing cycles, pricing, and contracts.
• Expertise with ERP/CRM and financial reconciliation processes.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with SQL and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing quality and validation to reflect contracts and pricing.
• Review invoices and customer accounts for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify incorrect charges, duplicates, and billing errors.
• Conduct periodic billing accuracy reviews and reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies between services delivered and invoices.
• Assess taxes, surcharges, credits, and adjustments for correctness.
• Develop billing quality metrics and management reports.
• Support billing disputes with evidence and documentation.
