Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Data & Systems Specialist based in the United Arab Emirates to support data infrastructure, CRM administration, and analytics for a globally distributed organization. This fully remote role involves maintaining data quality, building integrations, and delivering actionable insights to teams worldwide.

You will work with Salesforce, Mailchimp, REST APIs, and BI tools, collaborating with partners and the Data and Technology Lead to implement scalable data workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Data Analytics
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data management, analytics, CRM administration, and reporting
• Experience with APIs and technologies such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, SQL, data visualization platforms, automation and integration tools preferred
• Experience in multinational or international nonprofit environment is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain data quality across organizational systems and ensure reliability
• Administer CRM platforms including Salesforce CRM and related tools
• Build, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations and automated workflows
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal teams and leadership
• Collaborate with international teams and translate business needs into technical tasks
