Job summary

GitLab Inc. in the UAE is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting across the MENA region from a remote UAE base.

You will engage Enterprise and Mid Market accounts, collaborating with Field and Digital Marketing to generate qualified meetings and pipeline. You’ll manage multi-touch outreach, conduct discovery, qualify opportunities, and report progress in Salesforce while helping build targeted account lists.

Qualifications

• Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to own the initial outreach.
• Experience qualifying opportunities and creating SAOs.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding KPIs in a B2B tech environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication aligned with GitLab values.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline in the assigned territory.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and qualify opportunities.
• Meet or exceed SAO targets by converting prospects into opportunities.
• Research target accounts and develop tailored outreach strategies.
• Manage multi-touch outreach and report activities in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success across the region.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research and outreach.
