Job summary

GitLab is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative for a 100% remote role covering the MENA region, including UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will lead outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline, conducting discovery calls, and creating SAOs in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

You will work with AI-powered research and outreach tools to scale efforts, report activity in Salesforce, and help build targeted account lists while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Strong phone skills and active listening are essential.
• Excellent written communication for emails and outreach.
• Proven ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance prospecting and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified meetings and pipeline in your assigned territory.
• Conduct high-level discovery conversations with target accounts to understand business needs, qualify opportunities, and create SAOs.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly SAO targets by converting qualified prospects into opportunities.
• Research and prioritize target accounts to identify key players and develop tailored outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to build targeted account lists and campaigns.
