Job summary

DUNE Strategy in Dubai is hiring an entry-level Real Estate Analyst for a fully remote, permanent role. You will support analysis related to property transactions, market entry decisions and joint ventures involving real assets across the region.

In this role you will build data, map counterparties, and prepare briefing notes for partners with clear lines on uncertainty. Strong English and attention to sources are essential.

Qualifications

• Clear thinking on paper: distill a messy set of facts to three key points.
• Basic knowledge of real estate fundamentals: understand how properties are valued, rents and yields, and how transactions come together.
• Strong written English for notes and client-facing briefs.
• Comfort with incomplete information: say what you know and what you still need.
• Attention to data sources: traceability of figures and sources.

Responsibilities

• Build property and market data behind a mandate: pricing evidence, comps, occupancy and yield figures.
• Map counterparties and ownership for meetings, including family or institutional ties.
• Assemble briefing material for partners with key numbers and uncertainty notes.
• Track regulatory steps from filing to outcome and flag changes.
• Write partner notes for meetings: concise, two-page, with a clear commercial call.
• Keep records current so questions can be answered same-day.
