Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Affiliate Manager for a fully remote, international role. You will manage and scale an existing network of affiliate partners, handling onboarding, tracking configuration, and ongoing optimization across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.

You will monitor performance, ensure data accuracy in reporting, and collaborate with Business Development to launch and scale new partnerships in a fast-moving AI product environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in full-cycle affiliate account management including onboarding and tracking setup.
• Strong knowledge of CPA, RevShare, CPS, and other hybrid models.
• Experience with analytics, dashboards, and data-driven optimization.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale an existing affiliate partner portfolio across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Own partner onboarding, creative/landing page setup, and tracking configuration.
• Monitor KPIs (traffic quality, conversion rate, CPA, ROI) and optimize placements.
• Identify underperforming traffic and coordinate with partners to improve results.
• Maintain tracking/reporting infrastructure, postback/S2S configs, and data accuracy.
• Support Business Development with launches of new partnerships and growth strategies.
• Manage technical setup and early-stage optimization for new partnerships.
• Monitor competitor programs and share market insights with the team.
