Job summary

Simera Professional Key (SPK) is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable specialist to join our finance team. The role focuses on invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and reporting, with remote work flexibility and a strong emphasis on accuracy.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies, monitor aging, and support audits, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or similar finance roles.
• Experience processing invoices, payments, and adjustments.
• Proficiency with accounting software or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices on time.
• Enter and update customer payments in accounting systems.
• Apply payments to customer accounts and invoices.
• Monitor aging and payment due dates.
• Assist with AR reconciliations and account reviews.
• Review customer accounts for discrepancies and missing information.
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and balances.
• Maintain AR records and documentation with precision.
• Prepare aging reports and payment summaries.
