Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing or similar finance role.
• Process invoices, customer payments and account adjustments.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and basic data entry.
• Strong problem solving and discrepancy-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Enter and update customer payments in accounting systems.
• Apply payments to correct accounts and invoices.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and due dates.
• Assist with aging reports and accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve account issues.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
