Job summary

TALENT SKILLS PERÚ in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive for a part-time, fully remote role. You will manage daily accounting transactions, assist with payables/receivables, and maintain accurate financial records to support business operations.

The position also involves assisting with month-end close, bank reconciliations, and basic financial reporting while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience handling confidential financial information.
• Experience with Excel and ERP/finance software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting transactions, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receiveable activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure accounting information is organized.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and routine account reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, expense records, statements, and basic financial reports.
• Review financial documents for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders regarding accounting matters.
• Assist senior finance team members with reporting, analysis, and administrative tasks.
