Job summary

Vetcove, a leader in veterinary procurement and practice management, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the main day-to-day contact for key client accounts, host weekly meetings, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

You will analyze performance, craft insightful client reports, and partner with product and engineering teams to drive adoption and loyalty across clinics, while traveling for client-facing events as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of account management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience developing client-facing reports with actionable insights.
• Experience presenting data analyses and partner business reviews.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to travel for client-facing events.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client day-to-day communication and strategic advisory
• Host weekly meetings, craft agendas, and manage action items for key accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate product initiatives to clients
• Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests
• Analyze account performance and deliver optimization presentations to stakeholders
• Facilitate the client feedback loop with product and engineering teams
• Partner with onboarding and implementation teams to onboard new clinics
• Nurture corporate relationships to drive loyalty and trust in the platform
