HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a motivated Veterinary Software Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this dual role, you will be the face of our software for veterinary clinics across the Middle East and help clients get the most from our solutions.

This entry-level position welcomes new graduates and offers a starting salary of 15,000 EGP per month plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential veterinary practices across the Middle East.
• Conduct live virtual demonstrations of the veterinary software.
• Meet sales targets and pursue performance bonuses.
• Build relationships with veterinarians and clinic managers.
• Guide onboarding and provide basic training for new clients.
• Provide frontline support and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Ensure client retention through follow-ups and feedback.
