Job summary

Roo, a veterinary staffing platform, seeks a client support specialist to handle inquiries via email, LiveChat and phone. You will troubleshoot first-line issues for hospital, veterinarian and technician users and coordinate with regional teams on escalated cases.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer support, startup experience, and strong communication skills; you will work with HubSpot and support tools, with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client or customer support.
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment preferred.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekend rotations.

Responsibilities
