Job summary

NEP Singapore, India & MENA is seeking a skilled project coordinator to lead the relocation of its Dubai office. The role concentrates on planning the move, coordinating contractors, and delivering the project on time and within budget while upholding quality standards.

You will manage RFPs for mover services, engage with authorities and internal teams, and oversee all documentation and the handover of the existing premises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in project management, facilities management, construction, or related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in project coordination or management, facilities, construction, workplace fit-out or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience managing a workplace move, office fit-out or comparable project from planning through delivery and handover.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, internal technical teams and business stakeholders, and managing budgets, schedules and project documentation.
• A recognized project management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is desirable.
• Knowledge of local building, landlord and safety requirements is an advantage; the role should coordinate specialist advice where permits or technical approvals are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office move from planning to handover.
• Plan the physical fit-out of the new location and IT infrastructure.
• Engage with authorities, contractors and NEP teams to minimize disruption.
• Prepare, issue, and analyze a detailed RFP for mover services.
• Prepare a move budget and timeline, and report move costs to Management.
• Liaise with employees on moving schedules and oversee handover of old premises.
