The role combines Release Governance with DevOps execution, requiring strong collaboration across IT and business teams in a hybrid Bengaluru environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Release Management/DevOps.
• Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Experience with multi-environment deployments and API/integration-led systems.

Responsibilities

• Own release lifecycle across environments (Dev → SIT → UAT → Prod).
• Plan and manage release calendar and Go/No-Go readiness reviews.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
• Coordinate Dev, QA, Integration, and Business teams; ensure security and compliance.
