Job summary

Yallo Retail seeks a seasoned Cutover & Release Lead to own cutover, release management and hypercare for a major retail technology transformation in Dubai. The role demands leadership across non-SAP tech stacks and coordination of multi-party teams.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in IT delivery, 5+ years in cutover/release leadership for large programmes, and strong experience with retail tech ecosystems. Dubai-based, on-site role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT delivery, including 5+ years leading cutover/release for large, multi-system programmes.
• End-to-end ownership of at least 2 enterprise go-lives, including rehearsals and command-centre execution.
• Experience in retail/consumer tech landscapes (POS, OMS, WMS, e-commerce, customer platforms)
• Experience running hypercare and transitioning into BAU support
• Calm, decisive, and comfortable holding partners to committed dates

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up the post-go-live support model and run hypercare
