Job summary

Horizontal Digital is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Salesforce to lead complex transformation programs across multiple clients in the EMEA region. You will ensure engagements deliver measurable business value, predictable delivery, and strong commercial performance while mentoring project managers and collaborating with architects and client stakeholders.

The role requires deep Salesforce delivery experience, proficiency with Agile governance, and a track record of driving account growth

Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce consulting delivery experience in a SI or consulting environment.
Proven experience leading multi-project Salesforce programs across Sales/Service/Marketing/Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and enterprise program governance.
Experience working with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Familiarity with carrying out RFPs, estimations, and delivery planning.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple Salesforce transformation programs across clients and projects in the EMEA region.
Establish program governance with executive reporting and risk management.
Ensure programs deliver measurable business value and predictable delivery outcomes.
Mentor Salesforce Project Managers and delivery teams.
Support sales and pre-sales activities including proposal development and planning.
Maintain delivery standards, tools, and governance frameworks.
