Rakbank in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to identify and market new liability and transaction accounts, driving portfolio growth and achieving financial targets.

You will collaborate with other units to maximize cross-sell opportunities, ensure client compliance, and deliver superior service by coordinating with back-office teams and maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• UAE national
• Over 5 years of experience in Branch banking, Operations and Relationship Management or Customer Service
• Deep knowledge of the target market to guide the team in acquiring and maintaining profitable relationships

• Identify, market and book new liability/transaction accounts and grow the portfolio
• Cross-sell the full range of business banking and other products to business customers
• Meet financial targets and ensure client compliance with bank criteria
• Coordinate with peers and support staff to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration
• Handle service requirements and coordinate with service/back-office teams to meet client expectations
• Resolve SAS and Correspondent Bank queries promptly per department TAT

Job Description:

• To identify, market and book new liability/transaction business accounts along with ensuring robust portfolio growth.
• To work closely with other units in order to maximize cross sell opportunities.
• To meet the financial targets.
• To ensure that clients conform to the Bank’s compliance criteria.
• To effectively cross sell the entire range of Business banking and other products to business customers.
• To ensure that processes/controls are adhered as per the Bank’s guidelines.

• Handle service requirements of all clients under the team to ensure client expectations are met through coordination with respective service /Back office teams.
• Ensure that clients conform to the bank’s compliance criteria. All SAS and Correspondent Bank queries are resolved in a timely manner as per department TAT.

Ensure that coordination with peers and support staff is effective.

Minimum Qualification:

University Degree.

• UAE National
• Over 5 years’ experience in Branch banking, Operations and Relationship Management or Customer Service preferably in a similar relationship management job.
• In-depth knowledge of target market and their requirement in order to assist and guide team to acquire and maintain quality and profitable relationships.
