Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai seeks an experienced Relationship Manager (Emirati) to lead elite client engagements in real estate and investment advisory. You will leverage a banking background to manage HNI relationships, tailor investment guidance, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver premium service.

This is a client-facing role based in Dubai, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills to foster long-term partnerships with high-value clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in relationship management within the banking sector or real estate experience.
• Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with HNI/elite clients.

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Manager Relationship Management to join our client's leading real estate organization. The ideal candidate will come from a banking background with strong experience in managing elite or high-net-worth clients , providing personalized financial and investment relationship management services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP / elite clients, ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Understand client's real estate investment goals and provide tailored advisory support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in relationship management within the banking sector or real estate experience
• Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with HNI / elite clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate or investment advisory is an advantage.
