Job summary

Acme Services in Dubai is expanding its Direct Sales Team to hire Relationship Managers for off-plan real estate sales. You will drive direct investor sales, build relationships with investors and international agencies, and deliver targeted investment presentations to close high-value deals.

Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in Russian, Turkish, French, or Spanish as a plus. This is a full-time role based in Dubai, with the goal of exceeding sales targets and growing key

• 3+ years of off-plan real estate sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong skills in tele-sales, prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Experience working with global investors and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive off-plan property sales through direct investor sales, cold prospecting, and strategic outreach.
• Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth investors and international real estate agencies.
• Deliver end-to-end high-impact sales presentations and successfully close high-value deals.
• Meet and consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the developer.
• Manage client portfolios, providing market insights and tailored investment advice.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of off-plan real estate sales experience in the UAE with a top-tier developer.
• Track Record: Proven history of consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
• Skillset: Strong expertise in tele-sales, client prospecting, negotiation, and contract closing.
• Network: Demonstrated experience working directly with global investors and agency partners.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English is mandatory, along with full professional fluency in at least ONE of the following languages (must be capable of delivering complete sales presentations independently):
