Job summary

SMArtX Advisory Solutions is seeking a senior relationship and onboarding leader to manage a portfolio of ~75 asset manager relationships. You will own onboarding from agreement to platform launch, coordinating timelines across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Product and Technology, and educating partners on capabilities and workflows.

You will also handle onboarding documentation, pricing updates, and contracts, maintain Salesforce/Jira records, and advocate for asset managers to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–10 years in relationship management, client success, account management or project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and complex implementations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of approximately 75 asset manager relationships as the primary point of contact.


• Lead the complete asset manager onboarding experience from agreement execution through platform launch.


• Coordinate implementation timelines across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.


• Educate partners on platform capabilities, operational workflows, and model maintenance procedures.


• Manage onboarding documentation, pricing updates, and contractual workflows.


• Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and Jira.


• Advocate for asset managers internally to influence product enhancements and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree


• 6–10 years of experience in relationship management, client success, account management, or project management


• Proven success managing multiple client relationships and complex implementation projects simultaneously


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills


• Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical or operational concepts


• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail


• Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management


• Familiarity with Model Portfolios, Managed Accounts, UMA, or TAMP


• Experience with Wealth Technology Platforms or fintech solutions


• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Jira


• Experience in contract administration and implementation management
