Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in product management, strong stakeholder skills, and familiarity with the securities industry. A CSPO or similar certification is a plus, and MS 365 with CoPilot AI expertise is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of relevant business experience in a similar role.
• Experience or working knowledge of the securities industry.
• Understanding of iterative development and software processes.
• Expertise in product management, stakeholder management, and process design.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, roadmaps and execution strategies.
• Advanced MS 365 skills, especially CoPilot AI.
• Strong analytical, communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary representative for major firm-level projects across Wealth Management, Operations, and IT
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities and communicate product strategy to senior leaders
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate branch and operations needs into clear application and workflow requirements
• Collaborate with IT, developers, and external vendors to maintain platform stability and manage incidents
• Act as the primary liaison with external software vendors for requirements definition and issue resolution
• Lead development and maintenance of training resources and procedural documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of relevant business experience
• Prior experience or working knowledge of the securities industry
• Understanding of iterative development and software development processes
• Expertise in Product Management, stakeholder management, and process design
• Proven success developing business cases, roadmaps, and product execution strategies
