Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a senior technology leader to shape the Asset Management digital strategy and technology roadmap. You will identify growth opportunities across core asset management systems, data platforms, and digital operations, partnering with business lines to deliver impact.

You will act as a change agent, advising leadership on trends, and help develop IT and data policies and procedures to strengthen FAB AM's tech and data foundations.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset management tech stacks (e.g., PMS) and data platforms.
• Experience implementing analytics and AI in asset management.
• Strong data governance and data quality expertise.
• Ability to develop and implement IT and data policies.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital/tech roles.

• Act as change agent in FAB Asset Management’s digital ambitions, proactively advising leadership on relevant trends

Key Accountabilities

• Deep knowledge of IT systems, data platforms and enterprise architecture required to run an asset management firm (e.g., PMS) as well as the most advanced technical solutions (e.g., asset pooling) and application (e.g., tokenization)


• Deep knowledge of all digital tools and advanced analytics relevant to an asset manager (client reporting, data management systems)


• Expertise in leveraging and implementing tech to improve operations


• Develop, operationalize and optimize FAB AM technology and data infrastructure


• Deliver on business KPIs and tech/digital/data adoption targets


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., business lines) to align strategies and initiatives


• Remain up to date with regulatory standards and framework that will ultimately deliver an outstanding customer experience
