Job summary

Century Financial is recruiting a Relationship Manager to apply deep Capital Markets knowledge and onboard high-net-worth clients in the UAE. You will assess risk, tailor investment guidance, and deliver premium service to existing clients.

Expect proactive outreach, events participation, and collaboration with client-facing teams to grow the business through referrals and channel partnerships while upholding ethics and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of Sales experience in Financial/ Banking/ Insurance industry.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of financial markets.
• CISI and SCA Certification are desirable but not mandatory, eventually all candidates will be required to have them after joining.

Responsibilities

• Look to always enhance Capital Markets knowledge through self-learning and training provided by the company.
• Ensure allocated clients are contacted regularly and managed effectively to justify the Premium service.
• Proactively grow the client base through existing network and referrals.
• Conduct risk assessment and suitability assessment of clients and offer products aligned to risk profile.
• Attend events and meetings with clients (including evenings and weekends) as part of relationship management expectations.
• Understand needs of high-value clients and offer tailored support.
• Liaise with other client-facing teams to ensure high service standards.
• Drive business acquisition through referrals, networking, and channel partnerships.
• Formulate sales plans to acquire new HNI customers and expand the customer base.
• Conduct risk profiling for better advisory on investment and trading requirements.
• Ensure a need-based product approach and comply with Ethics & Code of Conduct policies.

As a Relationship Manager, one needs to have an exceptional understanding of the financial markets and track competition closely to stay ahead of the curve. Constantly strive to find innovative solutions to onboard new clients with the organization and ensure their healthy equity balances.

Job Description:

• Look to always enhance his/her Capital Markets Knowledge through continuous self-learning and training provided by the company.
• Ensure that allocated clients are introduced/contacted regularly and managed effectively via telephone or in-person in such a way as to justify the value of the “Premium” service.
• Proactive attitude of growing the client base through existing client network via referral.
• Conduct detailed risk assessment and suitability assessment of clients and offer products that are aligned to the client’s risk profile.
• Proactively and frequently entertaining clients (and prospects) at various events and meetings, which will include “out-of-hours” commitment on evenings and weekends, as part of your relationship management expectations.
• Understand and specify the needs and preferences of high-value clients and offer tailored support.
• Liaise with other members of client-facing teams to ensure a high standard of client services.
• Driving business acquisition through reference, networking, and channel partnership.
• Formulate sales plans to acquire new HNI customers for increasing customer base.
• Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients for better advisory on investment and trading requirements.
• Ensuring need-based product approach towards clients.
