Job summary

Century Financial in the UAE seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to expand our high-net-worth client base. You will assess risk and suitability, onboard new clients, and tailor investment guidance to each profile, while maintaining strong long-term relationships.

This role requires UAE experience, sales expertise in financial services, and willingness to engage clients after hours at events. CISI/SCA certifications are desirable and will be pursued after joining.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of sales experience in financial/banking/insurance.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of financial markets.
• UAE work experience is required.
• CISI and SCA certifications desirable; may be required after joining.

Responsibilities

• Acquire preferred HNI & UHNI clients.
• Enhance capital markets knowledge through ongoing training.
• Manage allocated clients via phone or in-person to justify premium service.
• Grow client base through referrals and networking.
• Conduct risk and suitability assessments to align products with client risk.
• Drive business acquisition through events and channel partnerships.
