Job summary

Aura by Hex Trust, the private wealth arm of Hex Trust, seeks a seasoned Relationship Manager to serve high‑net‑worth clients in Dubai. You will manage relationships, grow AUM, and collaborate with product and compliance teams to deliver bespoke crypto‑centric wealth solutions.

Experience in private banking or crypto finance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English are required; Mandarin or Arabic is valued.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, or crypto financial services.
• Proven success in growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Digital asset familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients, family offices, and private wealth channels.
• Cultivate and expand partnerships with relevant distribution partners and intermediaries.
• Lead prospect and client meetings to articulate the value proposition.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions.
• Work with the Marketing Team to support client attraction and activation activities.
• Oversee smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management in collaboration with compliance and operations.
• Deliver best-in-class, white-glove service to private clients.

Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally including funds, family offices, and banks.

• Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients, family offices, and private wealth channels
