Job summary

Richmind Development is seeking a high-performing Relationship Manager to drive success on the prestigious Oystra Project in Ras Al Khaimah. You will cultivate luxury client relationships, close high-value deals, and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years UAE real estate experience, a track record of exceeding targets, and an established network of HNWIs and investors. A UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years UAE real estate sales or relationship management experience.
• Experience in UAE real estate development, luxury segment preferred.
• Proven history of closing high-value deals and exceeding targets.
• Established network of HNWIs, investors, and UAE stakeholders.
• UAE driving license preferred.
