BettingJobs is working with a UAE gaming regulator to recruit a Supervision Manager based in Abu Dhabi. You will drive day-to-day supervision policies and support oversight of licensees to ensure regulatory compliance and protect players.

Responsibilities include monitoring licensees, preparing inspections, and delivering timely risk reports. The ideal candidate has regulatory compliance or supervision experience in gaming, with strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance, supervision, or related roles within gaming or a regulatory agency.
• University degree or professional certifications related to regulatory compliance or supervision is desired.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Effectively monitor and evaluate licensees' compliance with regulatory requirements in line with the supervision framework and methodologies.
• Support management of day-to-day engagements with licensees and relevant administrative tasks.
• Provide accurate delivery of supervision tasks and processes to ensure timely risk escalation.
• Support regular inspections and assessments of gaming establishments for regulatory adherence.
• Ensure adherence to monitoring systems to track operator activities and elevate risks as required.
• Analyse data and KPIs to identify trends, anomalies, and risks to industry integrity.
• Prepare timely, accurate reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Provide input on regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices to enhance the regulatory framework.
