General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) is seeking a VP of Supervision – Land-based Casino to lead regulatory oversight, establish risk-based supervision, and drive inspections of casino operators in the UAE. The role ensures regulatory compliance, integrity of gaming operations, and protection for players, while coordinating with law enforcement and other regulators.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in regulatory compliance or supervision of land-based casinos.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Familiarity with supervision frameworks and risk-based approaches.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive supervision strategy aligned with GCGRA objectives.
Establish risk-based supervision frameworks and methodologies to monitor operators.
Conduct inspections and assessments of gaming establishments for regulatory adherence.
Establish monitoring systems to track operator activities and identify non‑compliance.
Analyze data and KPIs to identify trends and risks to gaming integrity.
Prepare reports communicating findings and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with external regulators, law enforcement, and industry groups.
Provide input on regulations, standards, and guidelines; help revise policies.
