BettingJobs in Abu Dhabi is assisting an iGaming regulator by recruiting a Licensing Product Manager to be based in our Abu Dhabi office. You will own licensing product workstreams, gather requirements from stakeholders, and ensure regulatory and operational considerations are reflected in the delivery roadmap.

You will lead workshops, support UAT, and coordinate with the Digital Delivery team and vendors to translate business needs into practical features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as Product Manager or Business Analyst, preferably in regulatory/compliance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory licensing processes and frameworks.
• Experience documenting processes using UML or BPMN.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, JIRA/Trello, and data analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and validate licensing needs.
• Analyse business workflows to understand regulatory licensing requirements.
• Create process maps and use cases to visualise proposed changes.
• Facilitate workshops and align requirements with stakeholders.
• Support UAT and assist stakeholders in validating the final product.
• Assist with project planning from a Licensing perspective and track status.
• Prepare user manuals, stakeholder guidance and training materials.
