Job summary

Momentum Corporate Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Regulatory Affairs specialist to lead regulatory submissions, provide practical advisory support, and translate requirements for Product, Technology and Operations teams.

You will act as a key regulatory contact for the Commercial Gaming team, support regulatory reporting and board-level updates, and contribute to horizon scanning and regulatory developments in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or advisory roles.
• Experience preparing regulatory submissions and formal responses to regulators.
• Strong ability to interpret and apply regulatory frameworks in a commercial context.
• Proven ability to manage complex regulatory approval processes end to end.
• Experience drafting structured regulatory advice to support business initiatives.
• Degree in Business, Risk Management, Law or related field preferred.
• Experience in gaming, lottery, financial services or other regulated sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with regulatory authority on submissions, queries and approvals.
• Lead preparation of regulatory submissions including product approvals and internal control updates.
• Provide practical regulatory guidance to support product development and commercial initiatives.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear guidance for Product, Technology, and Operations teams.
• Act as a key regulatory contact for the Commercial Gaming team.
• Support regulatory reporting and Board-level reporting preparation.
• Track regulatory actions, commitments and supervisory items.
• Contribute to horizon scanning and assessment of regulatory developments.
